The books are in a database on the firm’s own office PC and shared over the office network. Nothing about the way the program works requires an account with us, and there is no copy of the firm’s ledger anywhere else.

- Subcontractors, through Murgese ConnectThrough a relay at your own address, encrypted end to end with your own certificate. The relay cannot read it and keeps nothing, and only the subcontractor pages are reachable, never the books. The office PC has to be on.
- AI, only if you switch it onWith your own Anthropic, OpenAI or Microsoft Azure account. Nothing passes through us.
No cloud account holds the books, and nothing about the way the program works needs an account with us.

- What the phone talks toThe firm’s own office PC, and nothing else. It works with no signal, keeps what is written on the phone, and sends it when the phone can reach that PC: on the office Wi-Fi, or from site if the firm has set up a private connection to it.
- What the relay can seeMurgese Connect reaches the firm from outside through a relay at the firm’s own address. The connection is encrypted end to end with the firm’s own certificate, the relay cannot read it and keeps nothing, and only the subcontractor pages are reachable through it, never the books. The office PC has to be on.
- Where AI sitsOff unless the firm switches it on with its own Anthropic, OpenAI or Microsoft Azure account. Nothing passes through us.
